π Returns & Eligibility
We gladly accept returns on eligible products **within 30 days** from the date your order is delivered.
- Return Window: 30 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: The item must be **unused, unopened, and in its original packaging** to qualify for a return.
- Authorization: Return requests must be submitted to support@fishvetsupply.com before sending the item back to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
- Return Method: Returns must be sent back to us **by mail**.
- Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Restocking Fee: We **do not charge a restocking fee**.
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used items.
- Temperature-sensitive or perishable goods.
- Products containing active ingredients once the seal is broken.
- Items returned without prior authorization.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund via email.
- Processing Time: If approved, we will process the refund request within **2 business days** of receiving the return.
- Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Credit Timeframe: Please allow **up to 7 business days** for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement after processing.
β Order Cancellations & Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges, and order cancellations have a limited timeframe:
- Exchanges: We **do not accept direct exchanges**. Any replacement item must be purchased as a new order.
- Cancellations: Orders may be canceled **within 2 hours** of placing them. If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
